WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

 

We allow for returns up to 30 days after the order date. We do not offer exchanges, even if you give us adorable puppy dog eyes. 

To help get you there we offer a 30-day return period on all items ordered on goodr.com with the following caveats:

  • Any returned items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged (exceptions to damage from bear attacks made on a case-by-case basis)
  • All returns must be initiated from the original point of sale (e.g. goodr.com)
  • We do NOT accept returns on items that are specifically marked “FINAL SALE.”
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request (approval or rejection). If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment account. Refund processing typically takes 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment service provider may require additional time to credit the funds to your account.
  • All International sales from goodr.com are final.
