REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. RETAILERS:

• You have a brick-and-mortar store (a storefront with proof of address and location is required).
• Your store must be aligned with an active lifestyle element (e.g. sports, outdoor recreation)
• Have a valid tax resale certificate with the store owner/buyer’s signature. The business name represented on the documents should be consistent with the submitted application.
• We have a $500.00 opening order minimum.
• We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
• Net terms are not offered at this time.
• We are unable to ship on third party accounts.
• Online sales are prohibited without the express, written authority of goodr.
• Selling on third-party sites is prohibited (e.g. eBay, Amazon.com, and other related or similar sites).

• Brick-and-mortar stores that do NOT align with active (sports, recreation, etc.)

• Home parties or local groups.
